Paint colors???

Any suggestions for a paint color scheme for a living room that runs right into a kitchen? I want to repaint the living room walls and kitchen walls/cabinets with a neutral color scheme. I'm about to put the house up for sale and I don't want any colors that are too dramatic. The living room has beige berber carpet, brown sofa/chairs...the kitchen has beige floor tile/dark blue countertops and white cabinets. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.Paint colors???
play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family %26amp; color name, the ';painted'; rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours

I recommend something like ';supreme green'; (# 6442). It's not a bold or bright color so potential buyers won't be turned off, yet it's not beige so you won't bore your buyers to death. And I think green is a color that appeals to most people.Paint colors???
If I understand the design of your house correctly, you want the living room and kitchen to be the same color since it seems like an open floor plan? I totally agree with you about staying neutral. You will attract more buyers this way, since you won't have an off the wall color that possible buyers will think ';O.k., if we buy this house we are going to have to repaint.'; I would suggest a warm white (cream) for the walls and for your kitchen cabinets, I would suggest a light beige. Your blue counter tops sound beautiful. Blue and brown go very good together. Don't forget the rule, only one appliance on your counter top. And a vase full of fresh flowers are always a welcome sight to would-be buyers. Good luck selling your home!!!
Neutral is good for resale.

Any new paint done correctly with a neutral color scheme helps resale value a lot.

Tope is a good popular color - kind of tan ish brown.
what you should do is:

kitchen: paint the walls blue, cabinets white and thats it!

living room: whatever color that you desire(whatever makes you feel that its good to sell)

good luck!
I would go with a little darker shade than the carpet. It will make the carpet liik lighter %26amp; cleaner
off white. or a light light yellow. or a light green
