What acrylic paint colors should I start with first?

I am new at painting and only painted in high school, but i found out that I'm good at it so why not try it again. I want to know what colors should i buy to start an acrylic painting. And how many colors are recommended to have to paing? What acrylic paint colors should I start with first?
Get a good basic selection by buying:

-white

-cadmium yellow

-cadmium red

-ochre

-ultramarine blue

-ceruleus

-green, light

-green, deep

-natural sienna

-burnt sienna

-black

This is the classic palette to start with. Any color can be mixed from these starters. The fewer colors you buy, at the beginning, the better. In fact the best exercise to learn about colors is to mix primary colors to obtain secondary and tertiary ones.

I am an art teacher and in my first class students learn how to obtain black from mixing other colors.

Yuo often end up with ';mud'; but the learning process in invaluable.

Good luck!

Red, Blue %26amp; Yellow are you base, you also need white and black. Really depends on what you going to paint. Certain fleshy tones dont mix up to well, but then again it all depends on what your painting. Get those basic colors and get yourself a color chart you should be able to make up almost any color you want with the basics.
most people think that you need to buy all the colors in the rainbow....

BUT YOU DON'T!! all you need is your three primary colors which is red, blue, and yellow because those colors make all colors and cant be made by any colors. also you need white and for really good teals get theylm.Ive been taking art as a major for several years so any other advice you need jus email me ;)
