I paint for a guy that sells houses for a living and he got all of his color choice advice from a realtor he works with. She hears what people say about houses so I can only assume she would know basically what people like. The realtor chose, camel for the bedrooms, and beige for the living room and dining room and kitchen. He sells houses fairly fast for being such a slow economy in my area, so he must be doing something right. I hope this is helpful. Stay with off white to the cream side.





That is easy on the eyes, and makes it so easy to decorate with colors of the buyer's choice.





If the Buyer wants ';trendy'; - let them paint what They choose.
Beiges and softer browns and yellows are really in right now. They make any home look cozy!
Go with white I know it is tempting to paint colors but it has been proven that clean white walls sell a house faster because people see it as a larger rooom and also a blank canvas it is easier for them to imagine their things in the room that way . Also not everybody finds trendy apealing or do they like the same colors. Also some other great tips are fix up the entrance to your home, knew door knobs,kick plates, light fixtures... light candles with aroma thearopy , Bake an apple pie before a showing, take away any personal items like pictures and knick knacks. consider what color is outside the room. Are the ajoining rooms painted or paneled? I personally like a very soft yellow. It's clean looking, lively and not drabby at all. I have just redone my home in yellows, blues and yes even 1 small wall in a beautiful red. I absolutely love it.
light brown im sorry is boring whats in i should know is a warm red like maroon its totally appealing right when you walk in the room your face will be stunned
a light brown is usually appealing to the eye
