What are good paint colors for a kitchen?

the new color out for kitchens is green.

I find them not only cooling in the summer but also warm too. Most new banks are even going this color for it blends well with oranges and highlights that you may have in your decor. You can mix orange in a green room, burgundy even, or darker greens too for your added accents.

This is a soothing color as well. What are good paint colors for a kitchen?
try to match your cabinets and appliances

darker colors look great with the aluminum appliances,

copper, clay, light grey, pretty much anything goes now

in kitchens- darker colors always make a room look

smaller- just as as side note- its also helpful to

look through magazines to get ideas-and paint always

dries darker than the color swatch-but fall colors look

awesome in kitchens, like pumpkin, copper, orange, cranberry

green
There are so many great choices, we went with an old world red and dark wood accents. Lighting is so important to show off what ever color you go with.
Really it depends on the way the kitchen is laid out, the colors and styles on the accessories/dished, and mainly your own personality. Brighter colors have a tendency to make rooms appear brighter and more open, but darker, more subtle colors can give it a calmer look. Do you want something crazy and extravagant, or warm and inviting? Think of the look and feeling you're trying to achieve, then decide which colors and designs fit that best.
My kitchen was a kind of golden yokey yellow. I liked this. It made the kitchen feel warm - yellow is a warm colour.

The house I'm in now has a cream kitchen which I can't stand.

I've also had a pale sky blue kitchen which makes it a little too cool for me. It's very pretty but I would rather of had the bathroom in this blue.

It depends on what kind of vibe you want to have...
Difficult question without knowing you and the type of look u r trying to achieve. More modern kichens include a variety of bold colors like red, orange, cobalt blue, gray, navy, and stainless steel. My kichen is painted a nuetral called creme bruele. I have garnet roman shades and gold valances with garnet and sage and grapes. Black furniture and antiqued cabinets. Clean steel appliances. Old world feel. Paprika is really hot right now. First figure out the look your going for then choose the colors.
