What paint colors are good for a small bedroom?

I just moved into a one bedroom studio. Great for me but the walls are a mess need to make some changes. Just don't know what colors would look good in a small bedroom. HELP!!!What paint colors are good for a small bedroom?
Anything light. The darker the colors you use, the smaller it makes the room look. What paint colors are good for a small bedroom?
What is your ';happy'; color - you know, the one color you always love to wear because it makes you look/feel good?

Go with that. If it is a dark color, use it, but in a lighter tone.

Best wishes!
try to stay away from dark color as they will make the room look smaller. You can also buy a program to try different paints on a picture of your room. If you choose a neutral semi bright color, like light yellow/tanish, paint the ceiling too, it'll make the room brighter and bigger.
Black walls
Lighter colors work better in smaller spaces because they make an area look more spacious and brighter. Darker colors have the reverse effect. An Eggshell or Satin sheen works well and they are both washable with a fairly low gloss.

Bets of luck
any light color. if you want to keep it neutral, a light buttery yellow or a light tan or grey would be good. or a light blue would keep it really cheery and calm.
Maybe, a pear green. Stick to light colors. Dark colors will make the room feel closed in and smaller.
I always like blue in my room. The color blue is peaceful, like the ocean or sky, and it helps me wind down at the end of the day.
Light colours- going with a modern theme maybe a light cream, helps to open up the room a bit, it works!
Light colours, pastels work best for brightening up rooms and they're supposed to make the room look bigger.

If you really want to have a strong colour, do it on a single side of the wall.

No matter what colours you choose in the end, try to keep the ceiling light so that it won't look like it's low and oppressing.
aquamarine is lovely!!! my aunt has a bathroom like that and it is beautiful or maybe a light pink
Very light colours. I think Eau de Nil always looks classy -

I love Red/Dark Brown and Tan.

Just paint them on alternating walls and it will look awesome.
Something light, like ';softer tan'; by sherwin williams. earth tones are very warm %26amp; comforting. Perfect for a bedroom. Check it out:
